WHATS NEW?: Upcoming Events:  08-21-10: NEXT EVENT! Match Made in Heaven - August 21st, 2010 - Sacramento, CA -------------------------------------------------- Event Reviews: 07-28-10: Right after SD10 Year hoped on a plane and flew out to Chicago, from there it was a quick 2.5 drive to Grand Rapids Michigan for Dude Where's My Tent 2. What an awesome event. So many people, stacked lineup too. 12th Planet, Dj Dan, Godfather, ESP Woody McBride, Reid Speed, Monk, Keith MacKenzie and Vaski! I had a blast. Big props to these guys for all throwing it down. Think I was just a little too wiped out from Stilldream and definitely didn't feel up to par with my sets as of late. Can't win them all you know. Still had a great time and got to see a ton of good music. Was really impressed with Vaski! Guy threw it down. Hope to come back. Pictures up and Videos on the way 07-15-10: Well what can i say. The Stilldream 10 Year Anniversary was amazing! So many good people, good times and amazing music!!! Huge thanks to all of those people who put so much time and energy into this event. Without you it wouldn't be possible. More to write later, I'm going to need some time to recover from this one. 07-5-10: Wow had an Epic time at the Boom is Back. Its always a pleasure working with Slipmat Science and together we brought the dome of dreams to Oregon! Great sets by all and it was so awesome meeting more fellow dreamers from the northwest! It was a little touch and go with the police on Friday but luckily the laws were are on our side this time. Read more about it in this article that I've put up in the photo gallery along with pictures from our trip! The Democratic Herald Article 04-26-10: Well thats how we do it Bend! Slipmat Science 8 Year Anniversary was a hit! Definitely one of the best events I've played in Bend to date. Was dope getting to meet Barisone, guy tore it up too! Great crowd, good vibes and banging sound! On the way home finally was able to stop by Crater Lake and was it a sight! Have the photos up in the Photo Section! What a weekend. Thank you everyone with Slipmat Science happy 8 Year Anniversary! OH yea, got my picture (pic from Beetlejuice 2 - 2008) in a write up about the event in the Bend Bulletin! Super dope! The Bend Bulletin Article 04-20-10: Wow what a weekend! Orbital on Friday night at The Warfield! Been waiting 14 years to see those guys and it was just amazing! Then the FurrBall on saturday here in Sacramento, another Stellar event! It was a little slice of the Playa that night. From the Music, to the Art, to the people, the giant fire explosions and the costumes. Didn't make it home til 10am! I'm feeling it this week for sure! Can't wait to do it all again this weekend for the Slipmat Science 8 Year Anniversary in Bend, OR! 03-15-10: Warped Mindz a Ribble Raiser was awesome! I had such a good time and I heard some good fundage was raised for our man Ribble who just recently got out a very serious surgery to do with cancer in his jaw. He's recovering and we're doing what we can to help raise some funds. An excellent time, good music and a great crowd! Way to go all involved for making this happen! 03-01-10: Holy Mole! What a month. February I thought was going to be a quite month but was I wrong! Started off with flying up to Portland, stayed at the Jupiter Room Hotel. Two thumbs way up on this place. If you're in Portland this is the place to stay, Had a blast in PDX then traveled down to Eugene for Love Family's: Toon'd In. This event was amazing. Even with the police making us keep the sound down, this event still blasted off! Great crowd, vibe, decor, you name it! This event is what its all about! Thanks to my friend Jason, we got a ton of video that I will be posting on my Youtube, hopefully I can get this up very very soon! Thank you Love Family what an awesome event you guys should be proud! On February 19th went back to Kelly's Mission rock for my first time since last summer. I was doubtful of changes in Security but I can honestly say I'm glad I was wrong. I think Dr. Spook went the extra mile with this event and it really showed, from constant updates about the event to creating a very nice, fun and welcoming vibe to the whole event. I was way impressed and the event was spectacular. Nyquil and myself dropped a 2 hour set right before Forest Green in the Main room and the crowd was definitely feeling it that night. Totally rocked that building and I'm way happy to see Kelly's making the changes to get a better rep for their venue but mainly their security. Way to go Spookie and all involved in this awesome event! 02-01-10: Its been awhile since I've posted. Life has been keeping me extra busy these days. Added a bunch of events today so make sure you check out the event section. My new mix album Prohibition that was due to be released at the end of December has been suffering from major production related delays, but will definitely be available this month at the very least online. So stay tuned in for that, its going to be a really fun album! New Years this year rocked! Had a wonderful time bringing in the New Year in my home town of Sacramento at the Sheraton Grand Ballroom! Unfortunately the people in the Bollywood room couldn't maintain and the event had to be shut down early, but otherwise I thought it was a great success and loved playing in such a nice venue. January was great! Played the Lunchbox Radio 1 year Anniversary for the Mantis' Birthday. Lets just say that I dropped a 5 hour set and saying it was an excellent night is an understatement! I'm not a robot, I had a blast and so it seemd did everyone else. It was the first and only time I've been recorded for so long and it was a pleasure! Thank you LBR for the oppurtunity! The following weekend headed out to Chicago for an underground called, Masquerave, held in an Arcade in South Side Chicago. Apparently tons of history with events at this location so I was stoked to be there. Place errupted! Seriously had an awesome time, crowd was on point, dancing, screaming, throwing their hands in the air. Thanks to Infrared Productions for having me out! What a night and can't wait to return to Chicago! Last weekend January 30th came the 4th installment of Super Duper Bowl and wow was it Super! Place was packed like I haven't seen an event packed in ages. Sometimes taking 30 mins to get from one side of the venue to the other. Played with Dragn'fly and threw it down. At events like these with awesome crowds, great production it really makes it easier for us to get in the groove. Its always an honor to play with Dragn'fly and is just getting better everytime. I really had such a good time, Way to go Sacramento! Keep it up! Thanks to Midnite, National Entity and Lite Brite, well done everyone! 11-23-09: Just back from Oregon! Made it a quick trip this weekend, left Saturday Morning back on Sunday night, Party was excellent, Slipmat Science guys know how to do it, sound, decor, vibe. Heavy snows kept the show a little light on attendance but I was amazed to see how many people braved the storm to get there. Frankie Bones played some really bangin hard techno, Woody lightened it up a bit but was really solid! Everything was recorded so I'll see what I can get my hands on. Drive home was intense to say the least, from Bend to Chiloquin HWY 97 was nothing but ice and hard packed snow. For over 110 miles! Saw cars loosing control, crashing every couple of miles. Actually slid into on coming traffic at one point, luckily no one was coming and was able to steer the car quickly back into my lane. Had an awesome time with everyone in Bend but am glad to be home safe and sound. Thanks to Ratchet for keeping me company on the trip. 11-16-09: WOW! What a weekend or should I say WOW! What a Saturday night! Started off with a surprise warmup set at "We Are One". Atom ONE had an opening and I jumped at the oppurtunity to get those creative juices flowing. Went home, showered up, got my Zuit Suit on and then off to Prohibiton. Got there the place was packed to the brim with people dressed up in their favorite 20's and 30's gear. Lots of old friends and met some new ones too! Forrest was rocking when i got there then followed up by Dragn'fly! Then I got on. Started with some trancey type techno stuff, brought it down into some minimal white noize stuff, after that i don't even remember. Next thing I know Michael Liu was on deck and it was time for me to get off! What an amazing set, crowd, party! 5 Stars across the board! Well done all involved in putting this on, you should all be proud of yourselves! This weekend I'm off to Bend, OR for Prehistoric with Frankie Bones and Woody McBride! 11-02-09: Well October proved to be no joke! From the begining until the end there was a slew of amazing events. Sacramento Decompression and The Stilldream 2nd Saturday Art Show Season closer killed it, Nowloween 5 with 1500 people in attendance was massive! Beetlejuice and Beatnik were just what I neeeded! Seriously you think things might calm down a bit with fall hitting and winter on the way but thats not the case in October. Looking forward to having a weekend off with the first weekend of November. Then coming back for Prohibition Underground on November 14th! Going to be a rager right there! See you all soon! 10-04-09: Taken a little break here, but just updated the events section with a tons of events coming up and already starting to leak over into 2010! Have enjoyed a couple weeks off from DJing but October and November are slam packed with some awesome events coming up! 2 Sacramento Decompression Parties back to back weekends then Nowloween 5 in Reno and Beetlejuice 3D back here in Sac! October is going to be a crazy one! Hope to see you out and about! 10-01-09: Had a wicked time at Earth Dance! Thanks to Chris Decker from Medicine Drum for having us out! It was so nice to be able to sit back and enjoy an event without all the worries. Met lots of great people, got to kick it with some old friends and watch some serious acts! Sly and Robbie and Sound Tribe Sector 9 were definitely my favorites from the weekend! If you haven't been before you gotta check it out! Earthdance was a great way to wrap up the Festival Season! 09-14-09: What can I say about Burning Man? This year was incredible! Every year provides a different experience, every year bring new things to light for me. Once again I feel renewed and ready to tackle life by the horns! Pics are up in the pics section. Technologic on August 1st, Memories 6 Year, Stilldream Art Show, Warpland, Collective Conscious as always summer time is chaulk full of amazing events that i just can't get enough of. Was super bummed about John Moons Tramp Camp fundraiser getting cancelled but you can't win them all. Finally getting a weekend off coming up and boy do I need it! 07-28-09: Wow! What a weekend! First off Stilldream and BLVD on Friday in Sacramento! Show was freaking awesome. BLVD is so off the hook, was a really good show and can't thank Wes and Beatnik Studios for allowing us to do our event there. We can not wait to go back! Then on Saturday went down to SF and played at Summer Love! Fantastic crowd! The whole place was jumping as I dropped those bass heavy techno and breaks. Crowd just kept eggging me on and I kept laying it down! Great show Midnite! Keep up the good work! Can't wait to go back to SF for my 3 weekends in SF in a row. Tramp in Reno on Friday and Technologic on Saturday, I'm looking forward to another awesome weekend ahead! 07-20-09: Show was off the hook! It was definitely Bumpin and Jumpin! Great jobs Love All Stars and B33 you really out did yourselves. All the people, sets and the venue were on point! Everything was awesome except that one jerk of a security guard who came up 10 mins before my set was over and made me cut the master volume by 1/3! Yes 1/3 of the master! Then he stationed a security guard (who was a good guy and hella nice) there to watch me and make sure I didn't adjust the volume after he left. Guess they couldn't handle the bass I was pushing out! ;) That was the only bad vibes I got and definitely lost a lot of the energy for the last 2 songs of my set but other then that the show was awesome! Congrats again and thanks for having me out! Much love! 07-14-09: Well the smoke has finally cleared after the Stilldream 9 Year, things are finally put away with a few loose ends here and there left to be done. This is the first time I have been able to update my site since before the event. What can be said about Stilldream? EPIC! On so many different levels... Stilldream is always an epic experience. Is a statement that describes last weekends Evolution Festival in Salt Lake City! Not enough can be said about the people who worked hard to make this show happen. Its a true testement to how different companies can come together to create an amazing event. The people, the location, the vibe were all on point and were something to be in awe of. Thank you so much to all helped put on this wonderful event! Pics up now in the Pics section with video coming later! 05-26-09: My Goodness what a spring has it been. I think it went by so fast that i almost missed it and slid straight into Summer. I swear this has been the most off the hook spring of all time. The Stilldream 7 events / 5 cities / 5 weeks tour was incredible! Sacramento, San Francisco, Berkeley, Reno and finished it off in Davis for the Whole Earth After Party. Boy am I tired! Thanks to all that came out and supported and a big thanks to all those that helped make it all happen! Much love to you! 05-9-09: Holy Crap! Closed Whole Earth Festival on Friday night and what else can I say but WOW!!! What an amazing night! If you were there you know what went down. I think that stars and the planets aligned there for a moment. I was so taken aback that by all the energy that was released there that I couldn't even leave the venue until 2 hours after my set and the festival had closed. That was something really special! Thank you all for being a part of it. Also another note the set was recorded and I have 24 minutes of footage from that night. It might take me a bit to get it up and all put together but it will be well worth the wait. 03-17-09: Well what can be said about Lollipop Love 6 the 5 year anniversary of Andy & Friends and a great party series. Thank you for having me back to play along Nick Nyquil. I hope we brought something different to the decks and to the crowds ears! It was an epic rager! Thanks again Reno! You Rock! 03-10-09: Wow what a weekend. I'll call that a double hit. Friday night up in Reno at Unity and Saturday in Sacramento for Give Back. 2 Off the hook shows, 2 cities, 2 states. What a great weekend but boy am I burnt out. Bummer that friday nights gig cancelled but in the end I think I need the rest. Much love to all. Unfortunately no video's or pics this weekend. 02-23-09: HC3 was amazing! Awesome venue, awesome setup, awesome vibe and amazing music!!! Loved every second of it! I had an amazing time. John Moon not only knows how to throw a party but also pays great attention to taking care of his artists as well. He's a real class act and hope that he can do more events in the future. No pictures or video this time around I was enjoying myself too much! 01-26-09: Super Duper Bowl III was one of the biggest and best parties I have been to in Sacramento in years. Unfortunately it just didn't last all night. Got to play a few records because Donald Glaude was late so still managed to play a little. Thanks to all that made it out. Always good times in Reno! 12-08-08: STILLDREAM Canned Food Drive and Holiday Party was a huge success! Pictures up soon! 11-24-08: PLAYBOY MANSION PARTY - Holy Shit! It was our Playboy Webmasters party at the Mansion. It goes down once a year, this was my first year in attendance and what can I say. It was EPIC! Saw the Hef, Hung out near the Monkey Cages, kicked it in the Grotto. What an experience. 3 days later and I'm still in awe.... Pics up now in the picture section. 11-03-08: Beetlejuiced last weekend in Sacramento was a wicked show! The crowd was fully dressed up for Halloween and in the vibe to make it a killer event. All the DJs were in top notch form. Police ending it at 2am was BS but what can you do it didn't hinder how awesome of an event it was. Congrats to Litebrite for another well done event! 10-20-08: Last weekend was the Memories Fundraiser. Another great event by the peeps behind Classic Grooves. Thanks again for all those that showed up to support and dance their buns off! 10-04-08: Love Fest 2008 in San Francisco was off the hook. So many people! It was huge! They are going to have to do it somewhere else soon because next year will be even bigger I can tell. 9-08-08: Had an excellent weekend! Did a surprise Guest Spot at Pop Rocks in Reno on Saturday night! Closed the show out with an intense and welcoming vibe from everyone in Reno. Hadn't been up there all summer and it was great to be back in what I consider to be my second home. Much thanks to Alex, Viral Vibes and all involved in making this show happen.
